Damaged product

If the product has been damaged in transit, notify Jayson Enterprises via phone or email. Ph: 407-397-1173. Email: jaysonenterprises@aol.com .Please write ‘Damaged Product’ in the address line. All issues will be addressed before the end of the next business day.

Returning an item

Notify Jayson Enterprises in writing within 7 days with the reason for returning an item at jaysonenterprises@aol.com. Please put ‘Return Request’ in the address line. All return requests will be address before the end of the next business day. Items must be return in the original packaging.

Warranty repair / Replacement

All Gold Factory items listed on our website is covered by RS Covenant’s unconditional lifetime guaranty. Included with the item is the warranty information and instructions on contacting RS Covenant to initiate a repair/ replacement request. If a problem should arise with an item, follow the instructions AND send an email to jaysonenterprises@aol.com so that we can track the issue and resolution with our vendor.
